Since qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist at the University of Edinburgh in 2016, the well-being of my clients has been particularly close to my heart. This also applies after moving to Germany, where I am currently rebuilding my practice.
As a Clinical Psychologist in the UK I was registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and was therefore qualified to work as a Practitioner Psychologist. From 2016 to 2021 I worked both as an employee with the NHS and in independent practice in the UK.
My focus was psychotherapy and psychological counselling for adults and young people with a wide range of psychological illnesses and life crises.
I am currently applying to get my "Approbation" to practice psychotherapy in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, and hence cannot yet work as a psychotherapist in Germany. Therefore, at the moment I only offer psychological counselling for people without a diagnosis of mental illness. More information here and here.
